The Great Trailhead Foot Race 10 Miler & 5k

Course Support

Water stations
-> The 5k course will not have an aid station.
-> The10 mile course will have ONE aid station (that you see twice at approximately miles 3 and 7) with water, Skratch (electrolyte replacement), and GU (energy gels.)  There will be cups at this aid station for water and NUUN.  Shortly after the aid station, you will find tables with water jugs for REFILLING your personal, handheld water bottles.

Restrooms
-> There are a few pit toilets installed by the park very near the course (i.e. you'll have to exit the course to use them) at approximately miles 1.5, 3, 7, and 8.5; restrooms are also available at the expo/start/finish line.

Course Surface 
-> 99% of this course is on the trails. There might be a section where you have to cross a bridge or sidewalk. The trails are packed dirt and have periodic roots and/or rocks!

Youth Race - approximately 1 mile
Here is the Youth Race Course Map. It will be ~1.1 miles and will finish under the arch! CLICK HERE for an interactive map. The top 3 finishers will receive a prize.
